Located in the heart of Brevard County, Aves' Place is a destination for families across the Space Coast, offering a variety of freshly made lunch options, including a boxed-lunch delivery catering service, hand-scooped ice cream, treats and fresh bakery items and is home to Treasures Boutique, an upscale resale boutique featuring clothing, furniture and more. A beautifully diverse 7,000-square-foot facility, Aves' Place offers both indoor and outdoor event rental spaces for events and gatherings of all sizes and is nestled between the city of West Melbourne's Skate Park, Splash Pad and Ampitheater and the Space Coast Field of Dreams accessible playground and sports complex. Aves' Place is a social enterprise directly supporting Promise Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing, employment opportunities and life skills for 125 individuals with disabilities in West Melbourne, Florida. Aves' is proud to employ several of our Promise residents, who continue to learn and thrive with a newfound sense of independence and self-sustainability.
